The New Jersey Freeze Hockey Club is pleased to announce the promotion of Carmen
Spagnuolo to the position of President. Carmen brings an extensive business
background in customer service, customer solutions and communications to the
position, as well as years of experience in management and administration.
Carmen has been part of the NJ Freeze and Aspen Ice Arena since its inception. He
has served in many capacities including head coach, assistant coach, dryland and on-
ice instructor, team manager as well as various NJ Freeze board positions, most
recently serving as Director of Operations and SafeSport coordinator. He is well versed
in all aspects of the organization and is most passionate about player development.
In his new role, Carmen will manage all operations of the club and will work to enhance
communication, innovation and member satisfaction. He will work proficiently to build a
strong collaborative effort with coaches, players and families and foster team spirit and
Carmen and his wife MaryAnn have four children and have lived in Randolph for 25
years. He is the proud father of two current NJ Freeze players at the 18U and 16U
